£1m Pipeline, £300k Closed. The Snail Framework

B2B lead generation isn’t broken, but trust Is.

Read online

The B2B lead generation problem appears existential. Cold email is virtually dead. LinkedIn algo changes meant organic performance tanked. Phones are flooded with AI gatekeepers. And underneath it all, people are frankly fatigued and bored with reading content and DMs created by bots. They’re burnt out with all this digital noise, making it impossible to tell who is real and who is not.

One can’t deny that B2B lead generation in 2026 is harder today than it has ever been. Not because the channels are broken (the channels remain largely the same), with a tweak to the algorithm here and there and WhatsApp playing an increasing role. But the thing that has changed is people’s trust. It’s been shattered, because we honestly don’t know who we’re engaging with any more.

If you took an honest look at what you’re doing inside your own businesses today, you’re probably doing something similar this… You’ve built automation to handle volume, you’ve got multiple sequences humming across various systems dealing with communication outwardly. It seems to be generating leads, but take another look, many of these leads are converting to revenue and how are stalling? Somewhere along the line, you forgot to, or you stopped doing the real human work. The piece of work that automation and AI cannot replicate. You might have stopped being intrinsically interested in their world. You stopped noticing the patterns that really matter to them, or the economic situations that affect their own ecosystems.

And so, we are all swimming in a sea of digital noise. And the response? To simply add more noise, more automation, more tools, more scale. And, in my opinion, hollower, dare I say shallower content.

I think it starts with how we treat these platforms. We need to be thinking human first, regardless of the channel, regardless of whether it’s phone, email, or LinkedIn. We are dealing with other human beings that want to buy from other human beings. ❝

But how do you cut through that noise? How do you prove you’re human in a world overrun by clones and bad actors?

Next Thursday we’re going to be drilling into this topic. We’re going to be talking about the Snail framework that I’ve developed. It’s built for this exact moment in time. It’s manual, it’s intentional, it’s human. And most of all, it generates leads that actually convert into revenue. Not a vanity metric that looks great on a pipeline review with your sales manager. ❝

It’s the same process that helped one of my clients unlock £1 million in new pipeline with £300,000 already realised in new contracts.

So, founders, and senior leadership teams, if you’re ready to stop relying on automation and scale, and you’re willing to put in the work to prove you and your teams are human and willing to build real connections, then the results are there to be taken.

Join me and other senior leaders at The Revenue Room, Masterclass Edition, where we’ll be looking at lead gen in 2026 and the Snail framework.

You’d be very welcome to join. And if you’ve got colleagues or associates you think could benefit from this, please do share the link with them.
